Vintage Photos Private Residence designed by P.G. Boticher This late 1880s Victorian mansion was located at the southwest corner of Montrose Avenue and Scotland Road. Built to take advantage of the beautiful view to the rural west you can see children and a well pump on the south side. The house featured a massive stone first storey, stick style wood detailing above, as well as stained and leaded glass windows throughout.
